The admin side is ridiculously complicated, complex and laborious. This years Census was a huge success in that the response rates from the general public were far improved from the Census. Team Leaders are really understanding. This was temporary but a really good job. The most enjoyable part of the job was being outside in the fresh air and contributing to a national Geography project.

Easy going but stressful. The Training prior to going ons erfahrungen in the field and knocking on peoples doors was very good given it was all done online due to Covid. The workplace culture was relaxed in that we could do the work in our own time, we had a target of a certain of hours per week, but I found that I got the job done in well under the allotted time. Cons householders who insisted they'd sent the census form in, and were annoyed that i should ask for it. I myself did have a ons erfahrungen and I was dismissed not embarrassed to say thisI was working two days and 16hrs per week, I had some time off and then had to have more time off due to a bereavement, hence the reason as to why I was dismissed.
Cons Part time job, full time demands; no incentives or rewards; culture of victimisation and unfairness. Also talking to older residents with hearing difficulties. So many problems and little support with it. Very well organised, good Training and the quality of equipment was sufficient to allow there job to be carried out, without too many IT issues.
